Friends of Hopkinson
What is FOH?
FOH is a parent-founded not-for-profit fundraising group created over a decade ago in response to diminishing state and federal funding support for public education in our state. Our PTA sponsors many programs at Hopkinson, but they are restricted by State and National PTA rules, as well as their bylaws, that prohibit the funding of personnel, among many other restrictions. FOH is not similarly restricted and is able to use all funds raised to support foundational and enrichment programs at Hopkinson Elementary School in ways PTA cannot. FOH is 100% guided by its volunteers.
